— Abu Dhabi, UAE
We’re a tech company that shows up when it matters.
How we got started
Lenador Systems was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2016 by a team with deep roots in IT infrastructure, software development, and the retail and events industries. The original idea was simple: there was a gap between what technology companies in the UAE were offering and what businesses actually needed on the ground.
Most solutions being sold were imported wholesale from overseas — products built for different markets, different regulations, different customer behaviours. Our founders had watched enough implementations fail to know that the problem usually wasn’t the technology, it was the fit. So they built a company focused on getting that right.
Early projects were mostly POS rollouts and network installations for retail clients in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Word got out. Within a few years, we were being called in for more complex work — event technology for large-scale exhibitions, custom software for government-adjacent institutions, interior design for hospitality spaces.
- 2016 – Founded in Abu Dhabi: Started with POS deployments and IT infrastructure for retail clients in the UAE capital.
- 2018 – Media & Creative division launched: Clients kept asking for photography, design, and web work alongside their tech projects. We brought it in-house instead of outsourcing.
- 2020 – Interior Design joins the offering: A natural extension — when you’re designing the digital experience of a space, the physical space matters too. First major project: commercial fit-outs in Abu Dhabi.
- 2023 – Sanad Systems launched: After building similar exhibition management tools for multiple clients, we consolidated everything into Sanad — a purpose-built platform for events and book fairs.
- 2024 – 2026 -Technical sponsor, ADIBF 2024-2026: Named as technical sponsor for the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair. Our cashless payment system handled 100,000+ visitors across the event.
What makes us different
We don’t have a product catalogue. We have a set of capabilities — software development, POS systems, networking, media production, interior design — and we apply them based on what each client actually needs. Sometimes that’s one thing. Often it’s a combination.
Being a multi-discipline team under one roof matters more than it sounds. When your website, your in-store system, your network, and your physical space are all designed by the same team, things fit together. You don’t end up with three vendors blaming each other when something goes wrong.
We’ve also stayed deliberately based in Abu Dhabi. We understand the market here — the regulatory environment, the mix of clients, the cultural nuances that affect how technology gets adopted and used. That’s not something you can parachute in and replicate quickly.
Principles we actually work by
These aren’t words on a wall. They’re the things we come back to when a project gets hard, a client is unhappy, or we’re not sure which path to take.
Fit over features
A system with fewer features that actually works for your team will always beat a feature-rich platform nobody uses. We spend time understanding your operation before we recommend anything.
Build for the long term
We’ve inherited enough poorly built systems to know what short-termism looks like. Every decision we make — architecture, tools, integrations — we ask ourselves how it holds up in three years.
Honest about what we can’t do
If a project is outside our capability or bandwidth, we say so. We’d rather lose the job than take it on badly. Our reputation is built on work we can stand behind, not just work we’ve completed.
Partnerships, not transactions
Our longest client relationships started with small projects. We invest in understanding our clients’ businesses because that’s the only way to genuinely help them grow — not just deliver a brief and invoice.
When it breaks, we fix it
Technology fails. What matters is how you respond. We pick up the phone. We don’t blame the client’s environment or the vendor’s software. We figure out what’s wrong and we fix it.
Rooted in the UAE
We’re not a global agency with a local sales office. Abu Dhabi is where we live, where our team is, and where we understand the business environment at a level that takes years to develop.
— Our Vision
To be the technology partner businesses in the GCC rely on — not just call
There’s a difference between a vendor you hire and a partner you trust. Our aim is to be the second one — the team that knows your systems, understands your business, and helps you make better decisions about technology over the long run. We want to be embedded in the success stories of our clients, not just present at the beginning.
— Our Mission
To deliver technology solutions that work in the real world, not just in demos
We exist to provide software, hardware, and services that actually perform under pressure — at busy exhibitions, in high-footfall retail, at government-scale institutions. That means getting the implementation right, training people properly, and being available when things get difficult. Good technology, responsibly delivered.
— Where we work
Industries we understand from the inside
We’ve built real systems for real businesses across these sectors. Each one comes with its own constraints, pace, and failure modes — and we’ve learned from all of them.
Exhibitions & Book Fairs
Our Sanad platform and cashless systems were built specifically for high-footfall cultural events like ADIBF.

— The people
A small team that works like a big one
Lenador is not a large company and we’re not trying to be. We’ve built a tight team of engineers, designers, project leads, and creatives who’ve worked together long enough to know each other’s strengths and blind spots.
Most of our clients deal with the same three or four people throughout a project. That’s intentional. You shouldn’t have to re-explain your business every time you have a call.
Software Division
.NET Core, mobile apps, web platforms, POS integrations, and custom enterprise software.
Media Division
Photography, video, graphic design, web development, and social media management.
Project Management
The team that makes sure things actually happen — coordinating across divisions and keeping clients in the loop.
